Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Your missions

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

Write and maintain functional and technical documentation

Manage and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules according to business needs

Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing

Support data migration and integration activities

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O

Train end users and prepare training materials

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile

Experience as Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O (5–7 years)

Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O

Experience with requirements gathering and process mappingExperience with documentation and reporting tools

Academic background: degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

Italian and English fluent

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams
