Experteer Overview
As a Business Analyst in Capco’s consulting team, you translate business needs into actionable insights for insurance projects, with a focus on brokerage. You collaborate with stakeholders and IT to document requirements, flows and use cases, and you analyze data to spot opportunities for improvement. You’ll support and train users on new systems, contributing to impactful financial services projects for major banks. This role offers growth in a dynamic, inclusive environment and direct exposure to senior client work.

Responsabilità
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (brokerage preferred)

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
