Role Overview Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead, this role focuses entirely on bringing in new business development. You will collaborate with the Commercial team and potential partners to consistently achieve sales targets and drive growth in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment. What You Will Be Doing

Consistently achieve sales targets. Reach out to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels to bring on new business, including in‑person meetings where appropriate. Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. Perform cost‑benefit and needs analyses with partners to align our solutions to their objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience. Provide feedback on industry trends. Contact 100 % of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum two years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable. Strong hunter and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organizational, prioritization and time‑management abilities. Curiosity and a desire to grow and develop continuously. Trilingual: native‑level Mandarin, fluent Italian and English.
