THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead special projects and collaborations at Off-White. In this role, you will take full ownership of partnership projects — both new initiatives and ongoing collaborations — managing them from identifying potential brands to collaborate with, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the entire process through to successful market rollout. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of all collaborations, both locally and internationally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify and evaluate potential brand partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators for special projects
Lead negotiation of collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial objectives
Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept through planning, coordination, execution, and market rollout, including the maintenance and ongoing management of existing projects
Collaborate with internal teams - marketing, product, sales - to ensure seamless delivery of projects
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators to track success and impact
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration opportunities
Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior management on future partnerships and project initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
5–8 years of experience in project management, partnerships, or business development, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
Strong negotiation skills and proven experience managing high-profile collaborations
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian strongly preferred
WHAT WE OFFER
• Annual salary range: €40,000 – €45,000, depending on experience
