Business unit head - immunology

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Amgen Italy's Immunology BU, accountable for strategy, budget, forecasting and KPI delivery to support growth and patient impact. You shape the BU through imminent launches, portfolio strengthening and pipeline readiness, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the country. You ensure scalable operations, strong market insight and compliant external engagement to advance Amgen’s mission in the Italian healthcare environment. This senior role sits on the Italy Affiliate Management Team, driving long-range planning and resource optimization. Retribuzione / Benefits Set and deliver the local Immunology strategy aligned with country, regional and global priorities to meet revenue, profitability, market share and launch milestones Own BU performance including budget, forecasting, resource allocation, pricing, access and field force effectiveness Lead portfolio acceleration, imminent launches and pipeline readiness with strong launch excellence and stakeholder engagement Build a scalable, high-performing cross-functional BU and represent Amgen externally with compliant engagement in the Italian healthcare environment Responsabilità University degree or equivalent experience 10+ years in pharma/biotechnology/healthcare with commercial leadership 2-3 years in a senior commercial leadership role (BU Manager, Franchise Head or equivalent) Proven track record in delivering business results and owning budgets, forecasts and performance Experience in brand planning, launches and execution of commercial strategies People leadership experience including hiring and developing teams Strong understanding of Italian healthcare environment and compliance requirements Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Based in Italy or willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
