University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Milan, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
Follow care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals
Requirements
Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
Ability to pass background checks
Must have own transportation to make it to the client home and back
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help others
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients
Benefits
