As Category Manager for Transportation, you will design and evolve Zentiva’s global sourcing strategy for freight, warehousing, and distribution in a regulated pharma environment. You’ll lead SRM, digital transformation, and value creation while aligning with ESG and sustainability goals. You’ll influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix, manage risk, and drive working capital and cash flow improvements. This role offers impact across global logistics and regulatory compliance while shaping innovative logistics models. Retribuzione / Benefits

Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy for transport and distribution aligned with ESG and regulatory requirements Lead supplier consolidation and modal shifts to enhance cost efficiency, service reliability, and environmental impact Monitor market dynamics (fuel indices, capacity, geopolitical risks) and translate insights into sourcing actions Drive innovation in logistics models (control towers, digital freight platforms, AI route planning) Manage strategic relationships with global logistics providers and 3PLs with KPI governance (OTIF, temperature control, ESG) Oversee supplier segmentation, engagement, and robust risk management strategies Collaborate with Procurement CoE, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Manufacturing; support product launches and clinical trial logistics Identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives; participate in budget and LRP; optimize working capital; improve cash flow Embed ESG criteria in supplier selection and promote sustainable logistics; track sustainability KPIs Champion digital transformation and AI enablement across logistics sourcing; leverage digital tools Ensure GDP compliance, customs regulations, and audit readiness; maintain sourcing documentation Responsabilità

Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 8–12 years in procurement or category management with global strategy experience Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, and 3PL models; regulated industries experience is a plus Proven negotiation track record with complex tenders High financial acumen with budget, savings, and P&L experience Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous Strong stakeholder-management and ability to influence senior stakeholders
