We work closely with agricultural dealers, cooperatives, service providers, and professional growers to improve efficiency and sustainability through advanced agricultural technology.As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to support the growth of our dealer network across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand Skylio's dealer and distribution network across ItalyIdentify and establish relationships with new channel partners and key industry stakeholdersManage and support existing dealers to drive business growthPromote DJI Agriculture solutions through meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry eventsCollaborate with marketing and technical teams to support market development activitiesMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesPrepare sales forecasts and regularly report business progressWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, or account managementStrong commercial mindset and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of the agricultural marketAbility to work independently and travel across Italy when requiredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEnglish is considered a plusValid driving licencePreferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will be highly valued:Agricultural MachineryAgTech / Precision AgricultureCrop Protection & Plant NutritionIrrigation SystemsAgricultural EquipmentAgricultural CooperativesAgricultural Distribution NetworksPrevious experience managing dealer networks or established relationships within the agricultural sector will be considered a strong advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary packagePerformance-based bonus schemeOpportunity to work with the global leader in agricultural drone technologyFast-growing and innovative industryCareer development opportunities in an international environmentPotential for long-term growth within the companyApply
