Experteer Overview As a Client Executive at Pegasystems you lead enterprise sales engagements helping global brands leverage AI to transform critical operations. You will own strategic client relationships across new and existing buying centers, guiding the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close. You’ll connect business challenges to AI-driven outcomes, shape executive conversations, and drive multi-stakeholder decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence product evolution, partner ecosystems, and large-scale transformations. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Client Growth team across the enterprise sales cycle Open new buying centers via proactive hunting within strategic accounts Own deal strategy end to end with support from adjacent teams Story-tell by linking business challenges to measurable outcomes Orchestrate internal teams and co-sell with ecosystem partners Translate client challenges into market insights informing GTM and product evolution Demonstrate accountability and adaptability with a growth mindset Benefits

5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow or platform sales Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Proven success hunting and prospecting into large, multi-complex environments Credibility with C-suite leaders, partners and ecosystems Experience leading and executing across the full sales cycle including early discovery to close Ability to discuss a client’s AI architecture credibly Fundamental Requirements
