She/he is responsible for managing client’s expectations with a “can do” attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high quality work. The Client Leader Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfactionMain responsibilities will be:Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolioResponsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfactionResponsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clientsCoordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectationsFacilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothlyActive participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requestsAssistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clientsParticipation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutionsQualifications and experienceUniversity Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship ServicesGood knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance, structures, capital markets and investment productsFluent in English (verbal and written communication), Fluent in Italian (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an assetCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantageSoft SkillsAbility to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to and being part of a strong team spiritExcellent organizational skills complemented by a “can do” attitudeResult-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of responsibility regarding delivering quality workIntercultural approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWant to join a growing Entrepreneurial, Intercultural, International and Independent Global Asset Servicing Company?You identify yourself in this description? #J-18808-Ljbffr
