About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will ensure clients’ marketing needs are met effectively and strategically, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. The team is responsible for delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support client business objectives, and this role will own long‑term client relationships, strategic growth opportunities, and the seamless execution of day‑to‑day activities in collaboration with specialist teams and cross‑functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of services to clients, ensuring end‑to‑end management of their business and marketing needs.
  • Own and nurture strong, long‑term client relationships in line with agreed plans for client growth and engagement.
  • Proactively identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to support client growth and business expansion.
  • Guarantee seamless service delivery while maintaining the profitability and efficiency of the client account.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team, aligning internal efforts with the client’s business culture and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant background in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in similar roles within the marketing/communication sector, preferably in agencies or multinational environments.
  • Excellent experience in media planning, especially digital; offline experience is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
  • Proven people management ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving shared business goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and foster effective client dialogue.
  • Experience in project management, managing complex marketing projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to apply strategic marketing approaches, ideally in agency networks or similarly structured organizations.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influence, securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Competence in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Strong budget management skills, with experience in budget oversight and collaboration with activation teams.
  • Understanding of media buying processes and ability to optimize investment decisions in partnership with activation teams.
  • Experience in cross‑media coordination, managing integrated campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Familiarity with audit management processes and ability to manage relationships with auditors across various media sectors.

Pay Range

In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are sharing the pay range for this role. The final offer will be determined based on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity. Salary range: €42,000–€54,000 CCNL Commercio – 1st Level or Quadro.
