We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Manager Intern to join our team.
What you’ll do
- Support the management of healthcare communication projects, overseeing all phases from brief to final delivery;
- Manage issues quickly and effectively, identifying solutions and corrective actions;
- Collaborate with internal agency stakeholders (Account, Science, Creative, Production, Digital, and Strategy teams) to ensure all deliverables meet The Bloc’s high-quality standards and client expectations;
- Support the management of relationships with external clients.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, or Economics;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, foster trust, and demonstrate flexibility;
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under tight deadlines;
- Ability to manage your workload independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively;
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and solid research and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level: B2).
