Client Services Specialist, Consumer Health

Milan, Italy | Full time | Hybrid | R1540048

Responsibilities

  • Provide additional insight and interpretation of data to enable resolution of business questions, including pre-analysis and cooperation with the Data Integrity team.
  • Manage client queries using in-depth knowledge of client and IQVIA property data, ensuring full and timely response and respecting contractual SLA.
  • Transfer requests for database modification to the Delivery Team and ensure proper execution.
  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing and new services – commercial aspect.
  • Support the team lead in driving and implementing specific initiatives.
  • Support the Sales team in defining quotations.
  • Review client data requirements with internal resources to ensure deliverables meet specifications, timeliness, and quality.
  • Provide training to clients and support the team for client service meetings at customer sites.
  • Produce ad‑hoc studies and presentations on demand, including market scenario presentations.
  • Manage back‑office activities: maintain and update contact records, documentation, and quotations.

Qualifications

  • MSc with strong interest in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare / dermo‑cosmetic market is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Data Analysis, etc.) preferably in a multinational context.
  • Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and align with priorities.
  • Strong communication, good interpersonal attitude, empathy with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with other functions.
