Overview Experteer Overview As a Client Solutions Manager, you bridge Tik Tok’s platform capabilities with partner needs to drive measurable ROI. You will guide cross-functional teams to craft full-funnel campaigns, translate platform data into compelling insights, and advocate for product adoption. Your work accelerates client success, strengthens strategic partnerships, and supports ongoing growth across Europe. You will operate as a trusted advisor, shaping campaigns and solutions to maximize impact. Benefits Build and deepen partnerships with clients and agencies across global stakeholders to pursue shared growth objectives Lead full-funnel campaign strategy, execution, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and optimization Act as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on Tik Tok solutions, features, and best practices and guiding platform adoption Provide strategic insights and recommendations through QBRs and updates to drive ongoing client impact Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance and drive innovation Responsibilities Experience as Account Manager / Client Solutions Manager / Media Manager in brand, agencies, or tech Proven full-funnel digital marketing experience with measurement Strong understanding of media and advertising, including digital and programmatic sales Data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and extract insights Knowledge of tracking (Pixel, Events API/CAPI), attribution (MMM, MTA), measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS), and catalog management Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Fluent in Italian and English (high written and oral proficiency) #J-18808-Ljbffr
