We are looking for a Therapy Specialist TMTI - Structural Heart to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will act as a trusted expert on structural heart therapies and medical devices, partnering closely with physicians and hospital teams to support excellent clinical outcomes while driving sustainable business growth across the Region.This position combines strong clinical and educational focus, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of science and patient care.What You Will Do
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with interventional cardiologists, echocardiographers, and referring physiciansProvide on‑site clinical and technical support during structural heart proceduresDeliver field‑based training and education programs for physicians and hospital staffCoordinate closely with internal teams (sales, clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer supportFacilitate effective communication across hospital stakeholders to support procedure planning and successful clinical outcomesPresent structural heart technologies and clinical data to referring physiciansMonitor competitive activity and provide insights on customer needs, challenges, and opportunitiesEnsure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsWhat You Bring
New graduates or 1‑2 years of experience in medical devices or a comparable combination of education and professional experienceStrong clinical mindset with the ability to support physicians in procedural environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teamsGood command of English and Italian (written and spoken)High ethical standards, customer focus, and results‑driven attitudeWhy join us
