Cluster Revenue Manager
Work with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenue strategies across the cluster.
Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams at each hotel to deliver pricing, demand analysis, yield management and distribution tactics that maximize revenue growth, profit contribution and market share.
Reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution.
Location & Travel
Office: Milano, Italy
Travel: Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and coordinate day‑to‑day yield operations.
Ensure all related systems are correctly configured, validated and operating at full capacity.
Perform daily pick‑up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Conduct competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends.
Create and maintain a 13‑month rolling demand calendar.
Develop pricing strategies tailored to each hotel’s uniqueness.
Provide weekly dynamic rolling forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
Oversee strategy for all third‑party distribution.
Assess, analyze and price group business strategies.
Analyze monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations for long‑term strategy improvement.
Maintain the website booking process, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and functional.
Ensure hotel personnel are fully competent in using all systems.
Regularly review input data quality (segmentation, denial tracking, etc.).
Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operators, corporate, consortia, groups).
Identify and implement cost‑effective distribution solutions.
Support the annual revenue budget process.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a revenue management and/or analytical role.
Operational knowledge of any of the following systems: Synexis, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software.
Advanced Excel skills and strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
High‑level presentation skills with PowerPoint or similar tools.
Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
EU citizenship or possession of an Italian work visa.
Preferred Experience
Experience in an international hotel chain or hotel group.
Experience in a luxury hotel.
Experience in a resort environment.
