The 5‑star Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton; the 5‑star Luxury Hotel Laguna, opening under Conrad Hotels & Resorts; and the family‑friendly Chia Laguna Hotel Village.Grotta Giusti Thermal & Spa Resort, Tuscany– 68 rooms, the largest underground thermal cave in Europe and a 5‑star spa included in the Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels brand.Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Spa Retreat, Tuscany– 78 rooms with a leading luxury spa, a key destination in Tuscany and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal & Spa, Tuscany– 61 rooms, historic spa with natural warm waters and first‑rate facilities; member of the Leading Hotels of the World.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTSA minimum of 3 years in revenue management and/or an analytical role.Experience in an international hotel chain or hotel group.Experience in a luxury hotel.Experience in a resort environment.Operation knowledge of any of the following systems:Synexis, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software.Advanced Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills.High‑level presentation skills via Power Point or other tools.Native or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).Must be EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa.OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE The Cluster Revenue Manager will work with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenue strategies, closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams in each hotel.Key responsibilities include delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis, yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distribution and intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profit contribution and market share, working closely with on‑property reservations and C&E teams. The role reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution.Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and coordinate day‑to‑day yield operations.Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and operating at full capacity.Perform daily pick‑up analysis, strategy adjustments and nduct competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends.Create and maintain a 13‑month rolling demand calendar.Develop pricing strategies that account for each hotel’s uniqueness.Provide weekly dynamic rolling forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.Oversee the strategy for all third‑party distribution.Assess, analyze and price group business strategies.Analyse overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations for long‑term improvement.Maintain and update the website booking process.Ensure hotel personnel are fully competent in the use of all systems.Regularly check input and data quality (segmentation, denial tracking, etc.).Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, groups, etc.).Reduce distribution costs by identifying less expensive delivery channels.Support the annual revenue budget process.PERSONALITY & SKILLSResilient and self‑organised, able to work well under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities.Strong analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.Highly goal‑oriented.Excellent team‑working skills.Capable of handling high‑pressure environments.Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.Ability to develop relationships with third parties and hotel teams.Strong capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly.
