Experteer OverviewIn this leadership role, you’ll shape and execute market access, pricing, and payer engagement strategies to improve patient access across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into compelling value propositions and drive HTA and reimbursement activities. You’ll influence access decisions and help deliver sustainable value for patients and healthcare systems while aligning with Kyowa Kirin’s mission and values. This position offers high visibility and impact on commercial success and access strategy at scale.Retribuzione / BenefitsShape pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies across the Southern Cluster to optimize patient access and commercial successDevelop value propositions, HTA submissions, value dossiers, and HEOR materials to support reimbursement and pricing objectivesPartner with affiliate, regional, and global teams to anticipate access challenges and translate insights into actionable strategiesLead payer engagement initiatives and innovative access solutions to maximize product valueMonitor policies, market dynamics, and pricing trends to identify opportunities and risksCollaborate with Regulatory, Medical, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure evidence meets payer needsServe as SME for Value & Access and HEOR, guiding strategic decisions across the organizationSupport pipeline planning by assessing future market access requirements and shaping global development strategiesLead and contribute to strategic market access projects while upholding Kyowa Kirin valuesResponsabilitàAdvanced degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field; PhD and/or postgraduate qualifications in Market Access, HEOR, or Business preferredSignificant experience in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Government Affairs, or HEOR with a track record of successful access outcomesDeep understanding of reimbursement systems, health economics, pricing strategies, and payer decision‑makingProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration in complex environmentsStrong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and project leadership skillsExperience developing HEOR evidence and supporting market access submissionsFluent in English and local cluster language; additional languages are an advantageExisting network within healthcare authorities and payer organizations is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
