In this role, you will own and evolve the end-to-end collection strategy for consumer lending, leveraging data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. You’ll partner with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams to optimize recovery, compliance, and customer engagement. The position combines strategic design with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment. You will shape how we balance effectiveness with fairness while driving measurable ROI.

Design and execute data-driven collection strategies using predictive models across risk profiles and product types
Develop AI-powered approaches to optimize next-best-action, contact strategies, and prioritization of accounts
Personalize engagement—define tone, channel, and timing based on customer behavior
Own key KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect) and ensure ROI-positive initiatives
Ensure compliance and SLAs are met while maintaining fairness in collection activities
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams and manage external collection partners
Responsabilità
7+ years in consumer credit collections with strategic and operational experience
Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services
Strong data and analytical mindset with experience in segmentation models
Exposure to AI applications in collections (predictive scoring, automated decisioning, advanced contact strategies)
Strategic thinker with execution focus and ability to bridge analytics and operations
Customer-centric and behavior-focused approach to communications
