Collection manager – consumer credit (relocation to luxembourg)

Experteer Overview In this role, you will own and evolve the end-to-end collection strategy for consumer lending, leveraging data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. You’ll partner with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams to optimize recovery, compliance, and customer engagement. The position combines strategic design with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving fintech environment. You will shape how we balance effectiveness with fairness while driving measurable ROI.
