Commercial Back Office Specialist – Kubota Italy.

Main Responsibilities Support to Sales Inspectors

  • Manage requests related to delivery times
  • Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories
  • Handle order modifications
  • Send documents and monitor order progress

Support to Dealers

  • Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times
  • Provide support on prices and price lists
  • Manage order exchanges between dealers
  • Modify delivery addresses
  • Send CE certificates and compliance documents
  • Handle transport damage reports

Administrative Management

  • Enter and manage orders
  • Verify prices and discounts
  • Update and monitor Excel files
  • Manage machine orders for technical training
  • Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees
  • Inventory management
  • Update price lists
  • Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions
  • Verify and validate invoices via ESKER
  • Update the DRIVE and Italy sales figures

Support to Management

  • Data analysis and extraction
  • Preparation of sales statistics

General Activities

  • Manage the main phone line
  • Welcome visitors and suppliers
  • Support event organization
  • Send communications to the dealer network
  • Perform small translations

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in commercial or administrative back office
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional English
