Commercial Back Office Specialist – Kubota Italy.
Main Responsibilities Support to Sales Inspectors
- Manage requests related to delivery times
- Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories
- Handle order modifications
- Send documents and monitor order progress
Support to Dealers
- Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times
- Provide support on prices and price lists
- Manage order exchanges between dealers
- Modify delivery addresses
- Send CE certificates and compliance documents
- Handle transport damage reports
Administrative Management
- Enter and manage orders
- Verify prices and discounts
- Update and monitor Excel files
- Manage machine orders for technical training
- Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees
- Inventory management
- Update price lists
- Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions
- Verify and validate invoices via ESKER
- Update the DRIVE and Italy sales figures
Support to Management
- Data analysis and extraction
- Preparation of sales statistics
General Activities
- Manage the main phone line
- Welcome visitors and suppliers
- Support event organization
- Send communications to the dealer network
- Perform small translations
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in commercial or administrative back office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Professional English
