In this role you will lead the Global Commercial Excellence & Pricing function as ABB scales toward $3B, guiding policy, governance, and price realization across regions and business lines. You will own Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ) and drive advanced analytics to enable data‑driven decision‑making at scale, with a global team of 5+ senior professionals. You’ll partner with Finance, Sales, Product Management, Operations and Customer Experience to unlock revenue and margin improvements. This position offers a strategic, cross‑functional impact shaping pricing strategy and commercial excellence at a multinational engineering‑driven organization.

shape roadmap and dashboards - Apply advanced analytics (price waterfalls, elasticity modeling, margin bridges, BI dashboards) for decision‑making
- Collaborate with regional/global teams and partners across Finance, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Engage with the BA Technology team to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in pricing, commercial finance, or commercial excellence in industrial automation, energy, or engineering‑driven B2B environments
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to shape global pricing strategies, govern tender processes, and drive quote‑to‑cash improvements
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ) and advanced analytics tools (margin analytics, BI dashboards, elasticity modeling)
- Experience leading global teams in a matrix environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills across cultures, functions, and geographies
- Fluency in English;
