A real estate company is currently recruiting a Commercial Real Estate consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities. This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands while gaining exposure to a unique niche within the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-facing skills, a commercial mindset, and an interest in retail, store development, or real estate-related consulting. A proactive attitude and willingness to work closely with clients are essential. Eligibility Not eligible: Working holiday visa, Student visa, Required visa sponsorship. Work type: Office-based. Visa support: No. Benefits: Travel expenses paid, lunch vouchers (€8 per day), Company pension scheme, Additional company holidays around certain public holiday periods. Contract Details Type: 1-year fixed-term contract (with the expectation of becoming permanent). Working hours: 9:00–18:15 Monday to Friday (75-minute lunch break). Salary: RAL €35-39k depending on experience. Start: ASAP. Responsibilities Support retail expansion and store development projects for clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities. Coordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution. Attend regular client meetings and site visits. Support business development and sales activities. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations. Contribute to team targets and project delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, consulting, retail, real estate, or a customer‑facing business environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with an interest in retail and store development. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment. Business‑level English required; additional European language skills would be advantageous. Willingness to attend frequent client meetings and visits.
