Overview

We are looking for a Content & Community Specialist who combines editorial thinking, platform expertise, and community management skills to help create meaningful conversations between brands and people.

Reporting to the Head of Content, the successful candidate will join the Content Team and bring 2–3 years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

The role will support the team in translating strategic ideas into effective editorial plans, managing online communities, and ensuring content remains relevant, timely, and culturally connected.

Responsibilities Editorial Planning

  • Develop monthly and always‑on editorial calendars across social media platforms under the guidance of a Senior Content Manager.
  • Translate campaign strategies into channel‑specific content plans.
  • Identify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and community insights.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice and adherence to platform best practices across all content.

Community Management

  • Manage day‑to‑day interactions across brand social channels.
  • Moderate comments and conversations while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.
  • Escalate sensitive issues or potentially critical conversations when necessary.
  • Transform community feedback into actionable insights for the wider team.
  • Identify recurring questions, behaviours, and opportunities to improve engagement.

Content Development

  • Create captions, copy, and social‑first content when required.
  • Prepare briefs for creative, design, and motion teams regarding editorial assets.
  • Collaborate throughout the entire content production process, from briefing to publishing.
  • Support influencer and creator activations from an editorial perspective.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, PR, and Data teams.
  • Align editorial plans with campaign objectives and paid media strategies.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with platform expertise and a social‑first mindset.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Reporting & Insights (in collaboration with the Analytics Unit)

  • Monitor content performance and community health.
  • Produce regular reports highlighting key learnings and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay updated on platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
  • Provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.

Qualifications Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, editorial content, or community management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, streaming, and entertainment platforms.
  • Experience using publishing and community management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar platforms.
  • Passionate about internet culture, creators, digital trends, and online communities.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing influencer or creator‑led content.
  • Knowledge of social listening tools and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media and content amplification strategies.
  • Experience working with international or global brands.
  • Strong editorial sensitivity and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience analysing content performance and reporting insights.

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €28,000 – €32,000

The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organisational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.

The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
