In this role you support complex construction programs by managing contract processes and change activities. You will collaborate with an international team to ensure contractual compliance and timely execution across the project lifecycle. You drive awareness of claims, milestones, and handover procedures, contributing to Arcadis’ mission of sustainable, high-impact project delivery. Attend change triage meetings to provide contractual guidance on potential change orders Prepare change order documents aligned with master agreements and submit for processing Track change order execution to ensure timely delivery and inform project team Close out provisional change orders with project teams Manage and track closeout of claims in collaboration with project team Advise and draft formal notices with input from project team Monitor contractual milestones and align contract updates with project schedule Notify project team of executed contracts and highlight gaps or specifics (OFCI vs CFCI) Ensure correct use of Contract Management tools and forms Provide support for Taking Over Certificate (TOC) handover and contract lifecycle management (CLM) Oversee final account and close-out of project awards and procurement activities Responsabilità

3-8 years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent in construction MSc Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or strong engineering background Fluent English and Italian (B2/C1) in speech and writing Direct experience in Data Center construction is a strong plus Knowledge of international construction industry standards and practices Experience providing sourcing, procurement and contracts management support to large-scale construction programs and projects Strong oral and written communication skills Self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible, with initiative and ability to take on new projects Ability to maintain productivity in remote-work scenarios Requisiti fondamentali
