Company Gi Group SPA, filiale di Pavia Manzoni Position Logistic Specialist – Office Overview Responsible for supervising processes for specific clients in the graphics and publishing sector, including procurement, distribution, shipment logistics, warehouse procedures and reporting. Responsibilities

Supervision of processes for clients operating in the graphics/editorial sector. Control of raw material procurement and distribution of finished products. Contact with couriers for shipment management. Verification of goods pickup at the warehouse. Assistance and contact with client sales points to verify progress and confirm shipments. Preparation of internal reports for KPI monitoring. Assistance to sales points in monitoring shipments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics settings. High‑school diploma. Good knowledge of English. Precision, organisation, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate with confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Hours Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30, with a 1‑hour break. Contract and Salary Contract: temporary agency for 6 months, with a possibility of permanent placement. Approximate gross annual salary: €26,000–30,000 plus meal vouchers (€7).
