The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.

Location: Milan

Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

Training: Full training provided

Remote work: No remote work

We need an experienced nurse like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.

What You’ll Do:

• Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad–assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
• Coordinatecareandtransport–workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
• Guidepatientsandclients–ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
• Collaborateglobally–liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.

About You:

• RegisteredNursewithacute,emergencyorintensivecareexperience
• Strongclinicaljudgmentandcommunicationskills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date withy new technology
• Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,internationalenvironment
• Previousmedicalassistanceortravelhealthexperienceisdesirable
• Excellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required.
