Responsibilities Ensure the effective end-to-end management of domestic and international corporate actions within an outsourcing model, delivering high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events—from information gathering and client communication to processing and execution—while guaranteeing seamless integration within internal systems and client accounts. Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely support, resolving inquiries and issues, and contributing to a high-quality service experience. Tasks and responsibilities Collect and analyze information from custodians, performing an in-depth assessment of each corporate action event Prepare clear and comprehensive communications for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information Process corporate action events within internal IT systems to effectively notify beneficial holders of relevant details Manage event execution within client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing prompt responses and effective solutions to ensure high service quality Studies & experience Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields Background in Securities Services, with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks Language skills Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts Upper-intermediate English (B2 level) Technical, operational & Soft skills Team Spirit Collective Mindset Risk and fraud awareness Empowerment and Accountability Result orientation Salary 35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year Equal opportunities employer We are an equal opportunities employer and we are proud to make diversity a strength for our company.
