Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will lead cost management for complex projects in Italy, guiding budgets from inception through closeout. You work closely with project teams to estimate costs, monitor spend, and report finances, while identifying risks and opportunities for optimization. This role offers fast progression, ownership of projects, and a collaborative, inclusive culture that values impact. flexible working environment that respects work-life balance supportive and inclusive culture opportunity for career progression engagement with major global clients healthy, productive work environment Oversee end-to-end cost management from budget development to project closeout Collaborate with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and produce financial reports Perform cost analyses and recommend budget optimization strategies Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost controls Identify risks, propose mitigations, and monitor their implementation Foster relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies Strong English skills; Italian advantageous 5 years' experience in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or related facilities for Cost Management; 10+ years for Senior Cost Manager Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications (team management or use of such tools) Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and databases Collaborative, client- and stakeholder-focused, with strong organizational skills Proven cost/commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment In this role you will lead cost management for complex projects in Italy, guiding budgets #J-18808-Ljbffr
