Customer Service Credit & Risk Specialist (gn) – Milan (Italy)

As a part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment focused on driving the transition toward a more efficient and sustainable future of mobility.

What You Can Expect

  • Monitoring the payment flow
  • Managing bank account changes & SEPA mandates
  • Performing the cash collection activity
  • Releasing credit notes
  • Managing limit exceedances and executing customer blocks in compliance with internal policies
  • Conducting economic and financial evaluations for medium and large prospects
  • Monitoring rating deterioration of customers
  • Maintaining economic and financial data
  • Monitoring the fraud process

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a commercial service company
  • Familiarity with payment monitoring and cash collection
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Dynamics
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proactivity and high attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills
