We are seeking an experienced CSA Site Engineer to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high‑profile mission‑critical development with a leading contractor delivering one of Europe's most significant data centre programmes. Responsibilities Oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring delivery in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of works. Review drawings, technical submissions, and method statements. Monitor construction progress and identify potential risks or delays. Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with design and project standards. Support the management team with planning, reporting, and progress updates. Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, and client‑side teams to ensure successful project delivery. Assist with snagging, handover, and project close‑out activities. Requirements Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience working as a CSA Engineer, Site Engineer, or Construction Engineer on large‑scale construction projects. Previous data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, mission‑critical, or industrial project experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction practices. Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work fronts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and meet demanding programme milestones.
