About the Roles
We have opportunities for two
CSA Supervisors
on a major data centre project in Milan.
The successful candidates will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
About You
You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.
Manage the co-ordination of the
Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages .
Lead the
management of site safety
in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
Oversee
site quality assurance (QA)
processes in conjunction with the project team.
Manage the
project schedule
in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
Take responsibility for
all day-to-day site operations .
Manage and coordinate
subcontractor activities , tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
Oversee and maintain
site documentation
in line with project and client requirements.
Attend and actively contribute to
site meetings , internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
Support the
close-out of project deliverables , including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
Ensure all aspects of
change management
(cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
Review construction
drawings and setting-out details
for accuracy and buildability.
Carry out, distribute, and close out
CSA snag lists .
Requirements
Relevant Trade Qualification / Degree
Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
At least 7 years relevant experience
Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
