Job Description
As Customer Service Representative reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you will work in the customer service team and among your main responsibilities you will be managing incoming calls, e-mails, service complaints, invoice rejections, and also provide full support to back office activities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients
- Ability to look after complaints
- Handle invoice rejections
- Follow up of the orders
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher education
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficient level of English
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Powerpoint desirable
- Previous experience in medical devices/healthcare sector is an asset but not mandatory

Our target base salary range for this role is between €31,700 and €40,000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
