LIXIL is looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist to join our Milan team. This role sits at the intersection of customer service and supply chain operations, offering full visibility of the order‑to‑invoice cycle and exposure to both B2B and B2C flows. You will join a supportive, energetic team and work with a manager who leads by example and values collaboration and positivity.
About the RoleYou will manage customer orders from entry to fulfilment, ensuring smooth order flow in SAP and resolving issues related to deliveries, stock availability, and logistics delays. The role involves daily coordination with sales teams, customers, the local warehouse, and our 3PL provider. You will also support stock monitoring, replenishment activities, inbound and outbound logistics, and the maintenance of accurate customer and warehouse data.
Key Responsibilities- Manage orders, deliveries, invoicing, returns, and customer queries.
- Operate SAP SD/MM for order processing, stock movements, and billing workflows.
- Monitor stock levels, track inbound materials, and coordinate purchase orders.
- Act as the operational link with the 3PL provider and support warehouse activities.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, documentation, and transport bookings.
- Handle RMAs and returned goods flows.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate SAP transactions.
- Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics.
- SAP experience (ideally SD or MM) and strong Excel skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to multitask in a high‑SKU environment.
- A positive, patient, proactive, and flexible approach, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Within 3 months: confidently managing standard and backup customer service tasks.
- Within 6 months: contributing to process improvements and supporting optimisation efforts.
- Ongoing: strong performance across order accuracy, on‑time delivery, stock alignment, and issue resolution.
