A leading international company is looking for aData Analytics Managerto drive consumer‑centric strategies through advanced analytics and market insights. This is a key role at the intersection ofdata, strategy, and customer understanding , with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. What you’ll do:Lead consumer research and advanced data analysis to uncover behavioral patterns, value drivers, and emerging trends Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to shape value propositions and customer engagement initiatives Develop and refine segmentation models to identify opportunities for targeted growth Monitor and analyze KPIs related to customer value and experience, building dashboards and reports Coordinate research activities (surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis, market assessments) Consolidate insights from multiple sources (customer feedback, social listening, satisfaction metrics) to identify improvement areas What we’re looking for:6+ years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, market research, or strategy Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Experience with analytics tools and data visualization platforms Ability to translate insights into clear business actions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Consumer‑centric mindset with strong business acumen Degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
