Act as Design Manager for data center electrical design from concept to closeout Hands-on technical leadership in electrical design for mission-critical facilities Lead and coordinate electrical engineers and SMEs across projects Manage design deliverables, resources, schedules, and quality Mentor the DC Design & Engineering team and uphold design standards Oversee reviews of designs, calculations, reports, and specs with peer reviews Serve as client-facing technical lead in meetings with clients and contractors Lead value engineering, optioneering, and technical decisions Lead project site visits to monitor installation and commissioning Collaborate with project management, commercial, and construction teams Responsabilità

BSc in Electrical Engineering (MSc preferred) 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering for mission-critical facilities Experience with MV and LV power distribution, transformers, UPS and standby generation Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices Experience with value engineering and integrating new technologies AutoCAD and Revit knowledge advantageous Fluent in Spanish and/or Italian & English Familiarity with edge computing and AI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with team-building and process support experience Requisiti fondamentali
