Deal Advisory Transformation Manager / TMO Lead | Milano

Overview In this role you drive the design, implementation and governance of the Transformation Management Office within complex restructuring and turnaround programs. You will ensure execution discipline, monitor performance, and align the business plan with delivery in often distressed contexts. You’ll work with top Italian and international clients and shape sustainable transformations. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy, governance and change management to deliver measurable value.

Responsabilità

Design and implement the TMO structure and transformation roadmap Translate the business plan into actionable initiatives and accelerate major programs Monitor progress, address risks, and manage critical issues Track financial KPIs (EBITDA, cash flow, working capital) and validate savings and revenue uplift Prepare management and investor reports and communicate with stakeholders Interface with internal/external stakeholders (employees, board, creditors, advisors) and support crisis/negotiation processes Lead change management efforts and align operational teams through effective communications

Requisiti fondamentali

5–8 years in restructuring, crisis management, strategic consulting, or PMO/TPO Master's degree in Economics, Finance, AFC, or Management Engineering with a finance focus Excellent English; international study/work experience preferred Strong MS Office and project/program management skills stakeholder management team leadership analytical mindset Microsoft Office Project and program management KPI tracking and financial analysis (EBITDA, cash flow, working capital)
