We are looking for a Dealer Marketing Specialist to support local marketing activities for the Lepas brand within Omoda & Jaecoo Automotive Italy, part of the Chery Automobile group.
You will join a fast-growing environment, with the opportunity to directly contribute to building and strengthening the brand’s presence in the Italian market.
What you will do
- Support dealers in planning and executing local marketing activities
- Coordinate digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives (Meta, Google, automotive platforms)
- Monitor performance (leads, conversions, showroom traffic) and suggest optimization actions
- Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency
- Support the local rollout of national campaigns
- Contribute to sharing marketing best practices across the dealer network
Who we are looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably automotive, retail, or multi-location environments)
- Good knowledge of digital channels (advertising, lead generation, analytics)
- Hands-on and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work with different stakeholders (dealers, agencies, internal teams)
- Analytical mindset and attention to data
- Proactive attitude and willingness to grow in a dynamic environment
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to travel
