Descrizione:
I. Channel Development (Primary Responsibility) 1.Responsible for developing dealership channels in the Spanish market for the automotive brands represented and distributed by the company, including FAW BESTUNE, YOOUDOOO etc.; 2.Identify, evaluate, and recruit dealers with strong financial capabilities and sales performance potential; 3.Lead channel negotiations and contract signings to accelerate market expansion in undeveloped regions; II. Sales Target Achievement (Core KPI) 1.Take full responsibility for the overall sales targets of the dealer network under management, ensuring the achievement of annual and quarterly objectives; 2.Break down sales targets for the dealers under management and establish tracking and performance supervision mechanisms; 3.Support and drive dealers under management to improve retail sales volume, conversion rates, and inventory turnover efficiency; 4.Develop corrective action plans for underperforming channels and follow up on improvement results; III. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement 1.Responsible for regional sales network planning, including channel evaluation and management, business empowerment, as well as dealer onboarding and exit mechanisms, ensuring channel stability and operational efficiency; 2.Manage the daily operations of dealers or agents and coordinate the resolution of operational issues. Requirements 1.Experience in the automotive industry or channel sales; 2.Proven experience in dealer network development; candidates with successful channel expansion cases will be preferred; 3.Familiarity with automotive channel models, including dealership systems and regional distribution structures; We Offer Competitive compensation package (fixed salary + channel performance bonus);
