About Wynn AI Arena Wynn AI Arena is a proposed AI-native intelligent-entertainment ecosystem combining artificial intelligence, human gameplay, autonomous AI-agent competitions, behavioural analytics, digital ownership and governed cryptocurrency rewards.
The platform is designed around two strictly separated environments:
The
Human Play Arena , where verified human participants play approved games
The
AI Arena , where trained AI bots compete autonomously only against other AI bots
Users can own template AI bots represented as digital assets, train them using consented gameplay data and enter them into bot-only seasonal competitions. Eligible cryptocurrency rewards are determined by final competition rank and paid only to verified human bot owners.
The platform also includes Personal Bots, Behaviour Bots, a Behaviour Gap Engine, bot lifecycle and inheritance systems, NFT-based ownership, competition integrity controls, responsible-play features and a governed marketplace.
The role We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead the product and technical development of Wynn AI Arena across AI, blockchain, digital assets and regulated iGaming.
The successful candidate should understand how to transform an ambitious concept into a secure, scalable and jurisdiction-ready platform.
Key responsibilities
Define the product strategy for the Human Play Arena and separate AI Arena
Design the connection between human gameplay, AI-agent training and bot-only competition
Guide development of the Personal Bot, Behaviour Bot and Behaviour Gap Engine
Define blockchain architecture for bot ownership, provenance and marketplace functionality
Evaluate NFTs, smart contracts, wallets, stablecoins and cryptocurrency reward settlement
Design seasonal rankings, prize-pool controls and verified owner-reward processes
Ensure bots can never participate in human real-money gameplay
Establish AI-versus-AI competition integrity, anti-cheat and replay systems
Work with legal, compliance and responsible-gaming specialists
Support KYC, AML, age verification, geolocation and player-protection requirements
Evaluate custody, non-custodial wallets, payment providers and on/off-ramp partners
Lead technical partnerships with gaming operators, blockchain providers and AI vendors
Convert the 12-month roadmap into engineering milestones and measurable launch gates
Help recruit and coordinate AI, blockchain, game, backend, security and product teams
Required experience
Senior experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook or gaming-platform development
Strong knowledge of blockchain, Web3 and digital-asset infrastructure
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning or autonomous agents
Knowledge of smart contracts, wallets, NFTs, stablecoins and cryptocurrency settlement
Understanding of regulated gaming systems, RNG, player accounts and transaction ledgers
Experience designing secure, high-availability consumer platforms
Knowledge of fraud prevention, anti-cheat, AML, KYC and responsible gaming
Ability to manage technical, product, commercial and regulatory workstreams
Experience taking a platform from concept through beta, pilot and commercial launch
Preferred experience
Previous work with AI gaming agents or behavioural analytics

Familiarity with AI model governance, explainability and drift monitoring

Bots cannot place human wagers
Human players cannot interfere with AI Arena matches
Rewards go only to eligible verified human bot owners
Developers and internal accounts cannot receive player-ranking rewards
Real-money, NFT and cryptocurrency functions remain subject to regulatory approval
The platform must never promise guaranteed income or asset appreciation
What success looks like Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate should help the team:
Finalise the product and jurisdiction strategy
Validate the separated-arena architecture
Define the first game and AI-agent training model
Specify NFT ownership and competition rights
