Experteer OverviewAs Design Manager in the Building & Places Team, you shape design delivery for large-scale real estate and civil projects. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure alignment between design outputs, contracts, scope, schedule, and quality, and manage tender and post-award processes. You collaborate with authorities and stakeholders to drive efficient procurement and risk-aware execution. This role offers growth, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to impact iconic projects through a global engineering leader.

Manage public procurement procedures for engineering and architectural services in line with regulations
Prepare and coordinate tender documents and contribute to technical and financial bids
Lead design management activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning design with contract, scope, schedule, and quality
Monitor design deliverables, interfaces, and approvals during tender and contract execution
Maintain relationships with contracting authorities, Project Managers, and stakeholders
Support post-award contract management, including start-up, design changes, and amendments
Ensure digital document management, traceability, and risk mitigation throughout procurement and execution
Responsabilità
Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture
5+ years of experience in an engineering and consulting firm
Fluent in Italian and English
Capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project
Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills in a busy multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to maintain good site-based records and travel nationally for site visits
