Experteer Overview
As Design Manager in the Building & Places Team, you steer design management for large-scale real estate and civil projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to align design with contracts, scope, schedule, and quality. You work with senior colleagues across the firm to access the right resources and ensure successful tender and post-award phases. This role combines design leadership with procurement and contract execution, offering growth through diverse, technically challenging projects. You will contribute to high-impact infrastructure solutions and collaborate in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.

Lead and support public procurement processes for engineering and architectural services in line with regulations
Prepare and coordinate technical and administrative tender documentation; contribute to bids
Manage design activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with contracts, scope, schedule, and quality
Monitor design deliverables, interfaces, and approval processes during tender and contract execution
Manage relationships with contracting authorities, Project Managers (RUP), and stakeholders
Support post-award contract management including start-up, design changes, and amendments
Ensure digital document management, traceability, and risk mitigation throughout procurement and execution
Responsabilità
Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture
5+ years of experience in an engineering and consulting firm
Fluent in Italian and English
Proficient with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D) and MS Office (Excel, Project)
Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills for a busy multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to maintain good site-based records; willingness to travel nationally for site visits
Preferred: Civil Engineering/Building Engineering
