Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the Automotive Power team by creating analog layout blocks for new product developments. You will collaborate with schematic and layout teams across the globe to meet schedule, design, and quality goals. You will have opportunities to mentor new hires and participate in development initiatives. You will work on high-impact automotive analog designs, shaping solutions for the Intelligent Edge. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of design excellence and cross‑functional teamwork.

Collaborate closely with schematic designers and global layout teams on new Automotive Group products
Mentor new hires and contribute to development initiatives
Apply strong understanding of device physics and layout principles to ensure IC reliability
Export and verify layouts, leveraging appropriate EDA tools
Responsabilità
Extensive analog block level layout experience
Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, cross-sections, and construction
Solid understanding of layout principles, IC reliability, and failure mechanisms
Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools is an advantage
BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional, global teams
Layout experience in LDO, ADC, DAC, or DC‑DC converters is an advantage
Layout experience in 55nm or 16nm technology nodes is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
