Job Description The resource will join the Media team with the goal of contributing to the development and optimization of digital advertising activities in the Awareness and Consideration phases, supporting the planning and evolution of the digital media mix.

The role involves planning, management, and optimization of digital campaigns on the main paid channels, with the objective of maximizing qualified reach, engagement, and traffic to the bank’s properties.

The person will work closely with the media agency and with internal brand and growth teams to ensure strategic coherence, media mix efficiency, and continuous development of new approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Management

Support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns dedicated to the Awareness and Consideration phases, contributing to the definition of audiences, formats, and activation touchpoints

Manage operational coordination with the media agency and external partners for campaign execution

Manage and optimize relevant media budgets on the main digital/social channels

Collaborate with the Media team to ensure that campaign activation is consistent with insights and directions coming from the Marketing Mix Model

Performance Monitoring

Monitor campaign delivery and contribute to continuous optimization on the main KPIs (reach, frequency, CTR, engagement, qualified traffic, etc.)

Analyze campaign performance and produce periodic reports for mid and top management

Analyze performance to identify insights useful for guiding media optimizations and decisions

Digital Innovation

Support and contribute to the development of test & learn activities on audiences, formats, platforms, channels, and creatives

Contribute to the introduction of new digital touchpoints and media activation solutions

Monitor market trends, platform evolution, and new opportunities in digital advertising

Contribute to the development of an increasingly audience‑based approach to media planning, supporting the definition and activation of relevant audience segments

Cross Team Collaboration

Collaborate continuously with the Brand team to ensure coherence between communication strategy, creative messages, and media activation

Collaborate with the insights and analytics teams to align campaign execution with key market trends

Support alignment between Awareness and Consideration activities and performance marketing initiatives

Required Technical Skills

Media Planning and Digital Advertising

Advanced knowledge of the main digital advertising channels

Ability to understand and develop digital media planning activities

Familiarity with reach, frequency, and multi‑channel planning logic

Campaign Management Platforms

Experience with the main digital campaign management platforms, including:

Meta

Google

YouTube

TikTok

DSPs and programmatic platforms

Understanding of delivery, optimization, and campaign management logic across different platforms

Analysis

Excellent ability to analyze campaign data

Excellent ability to aggregate complex data from different platforms and integrate them to produce analyses and insights useful for planning decisions

Ability to identify signals and insights

Ability to produce reporting at various levels of depth

Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for building presentations and insight summaries

Familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to digital marketing and data analysis

Seniority 3–5 years of experience in similar roles at:

Fintech companies

Digital banking

Media agencies

Soft Skills

Precision and attention to detail in managing activities

Ability to work in cross‑functional contexts

Curiosity toward innovation and developments in digital advertising

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Stakeholder management and cross‑functional working abilities

Contract offer Working conditions:

Permanent employment contract

Working hours:

Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement:

National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Milan

Annual base salary starting from : 48.000 €

Variable remuneration:

in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
