In MICRO SOLUTIONS AND INTERNATIONAL progettiamo e sviluppiamo soluzioni digitali all’avanguardia per le micro imprese.Business Development – ResponsabilitàDevelop outbound prospecting activities towards TeamSystem customers using phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new commercial opportunities.Manage and update the commercial pipeline in HubSpot, monitoring activities, opportunities, and performance KPIs.Conduct qualification activities using structured methodologies such as BANT, collecting information on budget, needs, decision process, and timing.Present the value of TeamSystem CRM in Cloud, linking product features to the concrete needs of small and medium enterprises.Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure an effective hand‑off of qualified opportunities and contribute to product development.Requisiti1–2 years of experience in B2B commercial roles, business development, or client‑facing activities with SMEs.Strong interest in sales, digitalization, and software solutions for businesses.Experience using CRM systems, with attention to data quality and commercial activity management.Analytical mindset and results orientation, capable of monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.Excellent communication, relational, and listening skills.Proactivity, organization, and goal‑oriented work attitude.Preferable knowledge of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or data enrichment platforms like Clay.Good command of the English language.BenefitsAnnual base salary of €34,000 – €40,000, inclusive of variable components linked to results (full‑time position).Wellbeing Digital Wallet starting from €350 per year.Personal wellness budget for travel, medical expenses, parental support, sports, and childcare or caregiver reimbursements.Hybrid working model with autonomy on office presence;
