Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead a multicultural area of field resources to drive sales execution and execute corporate strategy across 16 countries. You will partner with local leaders and channel managers to align nets of partners with NetApp’s strategy and multi-year GTM plans. You’ll support partners in closing deals and implementing impactful sales initiatives within a growing channel ecosystem. This position offers a strategic, cross-country leadership opportunity to shape partner programs, governance, and outcomes at scale.

Establish local thought leadership and implement global partner strategy with multicultural awareness
Lead and manage a high-performing partner-facing team across 16 countries
Build influential executive-level relationships with partners and with local GMs and channel managers
Coordinate alignment between NetApp and partner leadership across sales, tech, practice, and service line teams
Create and drive a multi-year go-to-market plan tailored to a multicultural landscape
Identify, launch, and manage partner-specific programs aligned to country needs
Promote awareness and adoption of worldwide partner programs, incentives, and investments
Oversee Joint Business Plans with partners, addressing local opportunities
Drive differentiation and activation within the partner ecosystem
Ensure execution of global strategy in the area using data intelligence and regional insights
Represent the voice of partners to NetApp and drive continuous improvement through feedback
Communicate wins, capture long-term outcomes, and seek support as needed
Collaborate with area leadership and local leaders to align on priorities
Responsabilità
Proven partner leadership with multicultural area experience
Experience managing a cross-country channel ecosystem and understanding partner models, competition, and trends
Track record in direct sales and in helping partners close deals and run sales initiatives
Ability to build relationships and communicate with executive-level partner stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills with local GMs, channel managers, and cross-functional teams
