Specialista Senior / Project Manager Show compensation In this role you will own electrical design for machinery used in cable manufacturing, partnering with global teams to deliver reliable, efficient systems. You’ll define specs, develop electrical and automation solutions, and support installation, commissioning and start-up across Prysmian plants worldwide. The position offers end-to-end project ownership in a global, industrial setting with a clear impact on performance and reliability. You will continually drive robust engineering improvements within a cross-functional environment. Health insurance Transport/Parking facilitation Remote work flexibility Permanent Full-time Competitive incentive opportunity Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes Design and develop electrical, automation, drives and control solutions Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions Support installation, commissioning and start-up of equipment at Prysmian plants worldwide Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability and efficiency Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative, robust engineering solutions Lead complete engineering projects from development to commissioning and production start-up Degree in Electrical Engineering - Power Electronics 5-7 years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills ability to navigate multicultural, multi-site environments and manage inter-departmental relations willingness to travel ability to identify problems and involve others to implement solutions
