⚡ Electrical Engineer | Milan
Professional responsible for the design, review, and support of electrical systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and operational reliability.
👤 Your Role
- Design and review electrical systems for industrial projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Support engineering, commissioning, and operational activities.
🛠️ Your Responsibilities
- Develop and review electrical documentation, including SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, grounding, and lighting layouts.
- Prepare and manage technical specifications, datasheets, Material Requisitions (MRs), and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical compliance.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in industrial, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven hands-on experience with ETAP for electrical system studies and analysis is a mandatory requirement.
- Good knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, protection systems, grounding, and excellent written and spoken English.

The salary range for this position is €35,000–€42,000 gross per year.
The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Tertiary Services, as applied by our company.
Final compensation within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience, and the outcome of the recruitment process, according to objective and non-discriminatory criteria.
For candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the stated range, a salary review may be considered subject to internal approval.
