About the Role
We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Supervisor responsible for electrical installation activities on site, with a focus on HV/MV systems, power distribution and commissioning readiness.
Responsibilities
Supervise installation of electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, MCC, UPS, cables, etc.)
Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and standards
Monitor contractor performance and progress
Review method statements, ITPs and testing procedures
Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines
Oversee installation of electrical equipment and systems
Support testing (IR, continuity, grounding, energization prep)
Coordinate handover to commissioning (HV/MV systems)
Support permit and electrical safety management
Manage as-built documentation
Support technical queries and non-conformities
Ensure HSE compliance
Participate in punch list and completion activities
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering
8–10 years of experience in electrical construction
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of power distribution and testing
HV/MV/LV systems knowledge
Ability to read SLDs and electrical drawings
Knowledge of LOTO and energization
Fluent English
International mobility
Preferred Skills
Substations, BESS, renewables experience
Grid connection exposure
Protection systems knowledge
Pay range and compensation package
Permanent, full-time contract
Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year)
