In this role you will strengthen the reliability of Amazon’s electrical infrastructure across European operations. You will lead cross‑functional power resilience initiatives, oversee audits and vendor workstreams, and apply advanced electrical analysis to minimize downtime. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient power systems. This is a chance to influence end‑to‑end power programs at scale in a dynamic logistics environment. Retribuzione / Benefits

Lead power resilience improvement workstreams across internal and site teams Manage vendor relationships and review vendor deliverables for quality and compliance Deliver status updates and executive briefings to senior stakeholders Serve as SME in electrical distribution (LV/MV/HV) for site audits, root cause analysis and problem resolution Lead end‑to‑end Power System Studies from data collection to on‑site implementation Evaluate commissioning, maintenance, and testing docs for key electrical assets to identify risks and inform decisions Ensure compliance with EU electrical safety standards (BS 7671 and local requirements) Develop and implement mitigation strategies for arc flash and other electrical risks Leverage data analytics to prioritize asset reliability and program efforts Support annual budgeting and planning Responsabilità

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent 5+ years in electrical engineering or technical program management with electrical subject matter Experience with power system studies and software for short‑circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, load flow, and power quality (LV/MV/HV) Experience in asset reliability including switchgear inspection and life‑cycle management Vendor management or engineering experience Knowledge of electrical engineering principles including switchgear, UPS, transformers, circuit breakers Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays Experience conducting audits and root cause analysis Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish or French preferred
